I bought 2 thermo flask on june, one bottle is ok but one more worked only for a month. I gave to service centre on 18th August, they said it is not repairable. They said I will get new one, it’s going to be 6 months. I did not get any bottle. Very disappointed with the service, I am very tired for waiting. My id is 3194561. If I call service center they are asking to call call center, if I call call center again return they are telling me to contact service center, no one taking responsibility. Pls help me.

Thought of trusting the brand considering the warranty provided…this has become just a metal bottle with nice colored coating outside with no cooling retention after just few uses….never ever trust online platforms for the warranty because they just just escape their responsibility once product is sold…you are on mercy of the service provider…after a lot of efforts once you find out those details then you keep struggling with getting repairs / replacement with excuses till you are out of warrnty

Have changed water bottle because my previous bottle was leaking nd also it becomes hot in some time.. but as m using this product from last 4 days my problem got solved.
