Purchased this product, it worked ok for a year, then it stopped working. I contacted the seller, and send them a video recording of the faulty base unit. The customer service advised me the product was under warranty and arranged for a replacement which I received within a week. The faulty unit was also picked up. This is one of a very few sellers who openly share their contact details on the Amazon website.

There was an issue with the product therefore contacted “Cookwell Domestic Appliances” customer care. Ms. Aliya who attended the call gave a patient hearing and said she would get back in 10 minutes. Promptly she returned the call giving me an immediate solution to the issue I had raised.
[...]Said she would replace the machine since it was under warranty. She initiated the replacement process the very next day. I was updated with the details of despatch and she assured me the replacement would reach me soon.
I received the replacement yesterday. Thanks Cookwell Domestic Appliances and to your Customer care person Aliya. Besides a small glitch which would happen to any manufactured product,
the product is definitely good and does fulfill what the manufacturer claims. It is worth buying you will never regret. I have been using it almost daily. I had bought “Nutripro” on Amazon!!

I bought this mixer about 8 months ago and have been very happy with its performance. It’s powerful, easy to use, and gets the job done perfectly every time. Unfortunately, after 8 months, the blades broke—but that’s where the real value of this product showed up.
The mixer comes with a 2-year guarantee, and I was truly impressed by their customer service. I contacted them, and not only did they replace the broken parts, but they also sent an extra blade for future use—all the way from Mumbai! The response was quick, professional, and very customer-focused.

Here’s my experience after using the NutriPro Juicer Mixer Grinder (500W) since October 2024:
✅ Pros:
The machine works really well – efficient, sturdy motor, and versatile usage for juicing, mixing, and grinding.
Both jars are good in design and function; no complaints there.
After-sales service is excellent – customer service was responsive and prompt in sending replacements twice, without much hassle.
❌ Cons:
The blade fixtures (plastic part) used in both jars cracked after regular use. First time it happened a few months in(was replaced), and again recently with the wet grinder blade.
Plastic quality of the blades needs improvement – it’s the weak link in an otherwise great product.
Availability of spare blades/discs beyond warranty is unclear.
📌 Final Takeaway:
Would I recommend this? Yes—but with conditions. The product is good, and if you’re within the 2-year warranty, you’ll be well taken care of.
Be prepared to stay proactive—seller/contact customer service as soon as any issue crops up. If you’re the type who follows up on time, you’ll manage fine.
Just know: beyond warranty, I can’t be sure if you can find replacements easily.
💬 Verdict: Great machine, average blade build, but top-notch customer support. That’s why it’s a 4/5 from me.
