I have brought this product from this merchant. Just used once then the power went down and becomes non functional.
[...]Later called the Piegeon customer care support and the technical team raised a ticket and comes fixed the issue(that is what he said).
Then next day I cooked and same issue happens and when I contacted the person he was not responding and when I contacted the support no reponse.
Also draft a mail to the peigeon official support mail, nothing surprise happens; no reponse.
Now its here I will show you and picture its kept under the packed cardboard safe and secure. If you don’t mind please arrange a pickup to take it back or If you consider my review as serious please take necessary action as asap.

Worst product and especially the product service in Ramamurthy Nagar, Bangalore. I’m writing my honest opinion and the issues that I have faced so please look into this review before going for a purchase.
I was planning to buy Philips but since with my budget I was getting this product I bought this trust me guys worst product purchased on April and it’s been only 1.5months and product is showing error code and not even doing the fryer properly. I raised a request to service center and they raised service request for technician home visit and it’s been almost 2 weeks now no one has come and when I called multiple times they saying the service request rejected and especially the service branch manager Anil, trust me guys he is the worst person I come across with all my online product experience. Don’t know how to talk to customers and won’t even pick up even if you call him. Not even a single time he answered in a week.
If you’re out of budget and badly need an airfryer please wait and purchase other products based on review but not this. I have experienced enough service technician trauma and hope you won’t fall victim to this
