Inverter and battery is excellent. There is almost no noise or irritating beeps, it just makes a small knocking sound when the power is restored. The trolley design is not good though, it is of poor quality plastic, there were a few cracks when I received it. The company installs it but you have to arrange for an electrician to get two points ready before they arrive, and they dont tell you beforehand.

This is a review after the about 75 days of usage.
In our area, we have annoying power cuts. I searched long and hard for a UPS that lets me have a good backup for up to three computers. I found this product after read a lot of the reviews that mention the facts. I made up my mind to go with this. It felt like a good product to invest in especially considering the pandemic WFH situation.
I called an electrician to help me set it up. For my needs, it took him around 90 minutes to do it. I placed it beside my computers and had him alter the switch board a bit to configure it. So it was a involved install rather than an easy install. Unless you could already handle these appliances, it is best to call an electrician.
I had him simulate a power cut while my two desktop computers computers were running. It worked on the first try. I could see that while the power was off, the desktop computers ran like nothing happened.
Additionally, I also had one fan and tube light attached to this.
So far, there were about 10 big power cuts, 4+ hours at a time. Each time, I did not have a trouble. I could continue what I was doing without worrying about the power cuts anymore. My team is happy that I am available for them. I did not formally test how long this would let me use my infrastructure, but I encountered one 7 hour power cut where it supported me seamlessly. No signs of trouble or grunting.
If I switched the fan and tube light on, I noticed that tube light keeps flickering a bit and fan runs slower than usual. I am not worried about that though as I rarely need these two together during the power cut.
Once the power is back on, UPS unit starts charging, a bit loud. A minor annoyance, but not that troubling considering the payoff.
The indicators are fairly clear and self-explanatory as per the instruction manual.
Only once, I got a scare wherein the UPS shutdown automatically. There was no power cut at the time. I turned the main power source to the UPS off and on again and after sometime, it got back to normal.
I did not yet encounter the situation where the distilled water has to be refilled. I will update this review when that happens.

I am writing this review one day after the installation of my Luminous inverter and battery. I received the latest model inverter Zelio S1150 instead of Zelio +1100 that was the best part of this purchase.

Luminous Battery and UPS are Performing very well ..it is very easy to install and also The Display giving the information about charging , mains, Backup time, and remaining charging time, and overload.
UPS Zelio V2 provides seamless performance for all your Power cuts and very smooth conversion like pure sine wave technology.
Noise level is okay little bit noice is came but it is Negligible.
And finally Trolly is not worthy….very low plastic made

Terrible service we have brought 3 inverters 1 for me 1 for my friend and 1 for my office, my friends inverter had issues with motherboard he has to repair it same issue i am facing now overheating and fan is not working. The service guy suggested it will take 20k to repair the motherboard my friend did it from outside for 8k, not recommended at all
