Product has worked flawlessly as per the specifications so far. Best thing I liked is I had several different technical questions that were promptly answered by the customer service and I’m genuinely impressed that they ALWAYS did a followup to see if we the customers questions/concerns/inquiry had been addressed to our satisfaction. As far as the product goes, I love the fact that I get to view the voltage and other stats in real time, although I wish there was a way to shut off the screen to prolong the display life.
