The product works well. I got perfectly hard boiled eggs in 10mins. Cons : 1) wire is too short i had to stack the box over a chair to get the work done. 2) the measuring cup is of 30ml which is too small. I have bought an egg boiler of other company(tandem) it costed 299rs , its measuring cup was of 60ml , also had a egg poacher. Compared to that i feel its just ok. I got it bcs i wanted one at low price urgently in my pg since all of them works the same if maintained properly. Bas kuch 5-6 mahine jugaad types chalana hai toh lelo otherwise go for branded.

Very useful and safe product. The eggs were cooked perfectly without worry that they will crack. Just switch on, put eggs and forget about it. 15 mins to boil egg.
