Water softness:
The previous products were very good but the last one is defective.

I purchased this product last year but within 15 days it became useless because it’s plastic adaptor became loose and it was impossible to attach it with the tap. It would be better if the adaptor was made of metal.

Water flow becomes very slow after just one month of use and it takes so much time to even fill the bucket, so it is very time consuming. Even you clean the inside filter multiple times still the water flow is very less. So I would say this is not so great product. Not at all value for money

I purchased this product on 8th April and have been using it so far, and this product does the work. Salt water gradually reduced. Water actually became normal. The stains on the tap reduced too. Installation was easy. Overall it’s a value for money product.
