Two-sided chestpiece with tunable diaphragms on both the adult and pediatric sides.
Single-piece tunable diaphragm is easy to attach, and easier to clean because its surface is smooth without crevices..Binaural Construction : Single lumen
Pediatric side converts to a traditional open bell by replacing the single-piece diaphragm with a non-chill rim.
Next-generation tubing provides longer life due to improved resistance to skin oils and alcohol; less likely to pick up stains.
Small tunable diaphragm is useful for pediatric, small, or thin patients; around bandages; and for carotid assessment.
Stainless steel chestpiece is precision-machined into an aesthetically pleasing, less angular shape. The stem features open side indicator.
Snap-tight eartips have a soft, smooth surface providing a comfortable acoustic seal and comfortable fit

Ho acquistato questo Littmann Classic III per il mio tirocinio in medicina e posso affermare con certezza che è uno strumento eccezionale, degno della sua fama mondiale.

La qualità acustica è davvero impressionante. Riesce a catturare anche i suoni più lievi con una nitidezza che lo distingue da altri stetoscopi. La doppia campana permette di passare facilmente dall’auscultazione dei suoni cardiaci a quella dei suoni polmonari.
I tubi sono realizzati con materiale che esclude completamente il lattice, riducendo i rischi di allergie. L’archetto è regolabile e molto comodo anche dopo ore di utilizzo.
Particolarmente apprezzabile la leggerezza che non affatica durante i turni lunghi.
Unico piccolo neo: il prezzo è decisamente superiore ad altri stetoscopi, ma la qualità giustifica ampiamente l’investimento.
In conclusione, uno strumento professionale che rappresenta il top per chiunque lavori in campo medico. Littmann conferma la sua leadership nel settore. Assolutamente consigliato!
