Two-sided chest piece with tunable diaphragms on both the adult and pediatric sides

I’ve been using the Littmann Classic III for a few months now and it’s easily one of the best stethoscopes I’ve owned. The sound quality is crisp and clear, making it easy to pick up both high and low-frequency sounds. The dual diaphragm feature is super handy, and it feels comfortable around the neck during long shifts. Great value for the price — highly recommend for both students and professionals!

Simplemente excelente, los que ya conocen la marca saben lo que es, vale totalmente la pena el precio, a la auscultación brinda un sonido limpio y claro por ambos lados de la campana, las olivas bastante cómodas y se ajusta muy bien, tienen un adecuado aislamiento de ruido externo o ajeno a las campanas, fácil de limpiar y practico para trasladar en una maletita con un baumanometro y el color no se diga una belleza.
