一版内科医です。Cardiolgy IVと併用しています。この聴診器は前モデルのclassic II s.e.に比べ、大幅進化しました。Cardiolgy IVとメンブレンの大きさも同じですが、チューブはより柔らく耳に決まりやすく、長さもカタログ値は同じ69cmですが実際はCardiology IVより1ｃｍほど長く、感染症患者に近づきすぎなくていいので助かります。音量、音質ともclassic II s.e.より大幅改善しており、Cardiology IVと比べても遜色ないので、日常使いにはこちらの方がずっと便利です。他にも軽いとか、Masterシリーズより薄くて血圧測定しやすいとか、メリット多数。ブラックスモークエディションは、高級感がありますが、ブラックエディションより威圧感が少ないので、そこも気に入っています。
