I got a product with some issues with the wire and also one of the wheels is stuck. Amazon was not of much help but Durafit customer service has been very helpful. Immediately a technician was sent and the issue was fixed.

I received this product 14 days back where running belt was not working. I have been calling Durafit company regularly concerning this issue . They have told us that they will arrange for a technician within 48 hours and nobody has come till date. Every time we call them they just tell that they will arrange for a technician and getbback to us in 10min but no response This is happening since for more than a week.
