Good laptop, but disappointed with Acer’s warranty support.
I purchased this Acer Aspire Lite laptop in February 2025. The laptop worked well initially — it’s sleek, lightweight, and good for daily use.
However, within a few months, the display started showing vertical lines on one side. I contacted Acer support and followed all troubleshooting steps, including BIOS checks. Despite providing clear video and photo evidence, Acer refused to repair the screen under warranty, claiming “physical damage” — even though the laptop was never dropped or mishandled.
I’m highly disappointed with how Acer handled the issue and closed the complaint without proper inspection. If you’re planning to buy this model, be aware that warranty support might not be reliable, especially for hardware faults like the display.

First, let me say this this may be the best laptop in this price range. Screen looks good. Camera good. Built quality is sturdy. Fast.
Though the fan sound can be heard it is not that problematic. Sound quality is average. The keyboards can be a bit more sturdier.
Overall a good product for daily office use and for educational and entertainment purpose.
The battery life is around 2.5 – 3 hours. Acceptable in this price range.

Great value at this price range , smooth operation and great finish. Keyboard can be improved as the buttons are mushy but ok to operate. Screen looks great. Battery backup around 2 – 2.5 hrs based of the usage.

I’ve got the ryzen 3 5000 series 8gb variant in july 2024
It has been 2 days of using it
The built quality of my unit is intact,no damage or scratches so far since delivery
Coming from using IPS display in desktop and amoled in cellphone the screen quality of the laptop feels dull but knowing what i paid for and got,I’m ok with it. if anyone is planning to get this product they will get used to the display quality eventually
I haven’t installed anything yet and feel it’s bit laggy but I’m ok with it,as I don’t play games and will use it for online work and other productive work which don’t require that much memory(although RAM can be extended in this model), people should go for the 16gb ram varient if availability of ryzen 3 5000 is there,under 31k or less
Battery backup is about 3/4 hours of average usage, but more backup can be achieved according to usage patterns, adjusting screen brightness in a new unit as it gets older battery degradation will happen eventually as backup of the laptop
WiFi is working fine so far, haven’t tried bluetooth function yet
Speaker is of average quality but on softer side,what i felt
could have been a little louder
Keyboard is without backlit and responsive, if you have big hands and fingers then it might be an issue(buy an external keyboard and mouse)like me and this will solve the inconvenience and longevity of keyboard and trackpad of laptop
All the ports and jack are working fine
What i had seen in videos and reviews, i thought they will provide a 45watt charger but they have provided with 65 watt charger which charges quite fast, which is a plus point but still it takes about 2 hrs 10 min to fully charged from 7% to 100% in my case(with wifi/ bluetooth off and no apps running in background with 25 to 30% screen brightness)
It doesn’t come with lifetime validity of MS office you have to buy after free trail period or find a cracked one from local computer stores
Overall you can buy the laptop if you are in a budget with decent built,fast charging,full HD screen and average performance under 27000 then go for it,you can also get it under 25000 during sale seasons using bank cards and exchange offers
In future I will update my review or post a comment if something unusual things come by with the laptop

I bought this laptop 1 month ago. I felt this is a very good laptop for this price range. I changed OS to Ubuntu 24.04 LTS (Linux). Ubuntu is working well in this laptop. Very smooth and fast. I felt a premium feel on this laptop. It is built using metal body. Proper weight and 15.6 inch size.
Sound quality, microphone quality and camera quality is average. But I think this is very common in this price range.
I initially faced a problem after booting Ubuntu is we can’t control the backlit keyboard. But I changed a line in GRUB file now I can change the colors, toggle, decrease/increase the brightness of the keyboard backlit using Fn key.
Bluetooth is not working in this laptop in Linux. I bought a dongle and plugged, now it is working well.
Anyways, I am 100% satisfied with this product.

Very good quality and Completely worth for money AMD Ryzen 5 working very smoothly and 16GB/512GB makes it versatile for every function and Build quality is so awesome. Dolby audio and 1920×1080 FHD screen with the size of 15’6″ is really so nice easy to carry for it’s light weight and I got it at only ₹28789 by Amazon Prime and Bank Credit card offers I am absolutely impressed with this product. Great laptop for daily tasks as well as for running DAWs like ableton etc. startup time is hardly a few seconds and has been running smooth. No heating issue. Battery lasts around 3.5-4 hours with basic tasks. Display is decent. Lightweight and easy to carry around. The body quality is good too. Overall a good buy for the price. My previous acer laptop is over 12 years old i7 and still running fine. Hoping this one lasts too.
