⭐ 1 Star – Extremely Disappointed, Worst After-Sales Service
I bought this electric geyser from Amazon because it claimed a 5-year warranty, which gave me some confidence in the product. Unfortunately, the reality was very different. The geyser stopped working within just 6 months – it doesn’t heat water anymore and is completely non-functional.
What’s worse is that I’ve been trying to contact the company for the past 4 months, but there has been zero response. Their customer support is completely useless – no one picks up, no callbacks, no email replies. It’s like the company has vanished after the sale.
A product failing is one thing, but what’s unforgivable is the lack of service or accountability. I feel completely cheated. If you’re considering this geyser just for the warranty, don’t fall for it – it means nothing.
Avoid this product at all costs.
