   I bought the Agaro Supreme Plus pressure washer just to wash my motorcycle, using it less than 15 times over the last 5 months for 10-15 minutes each time. After 5 months use on 15 December i encountered serious issue when I turned it on the pressure washer started making excessive noise, vibrating more than usual, and was running continuously without pressing the gun. The water pressure was also very low. It worked fine the last time I used it, about 3 weeks prior to the issue. I thought it was an air block, so I spent an hour trying to pump water in to remove the air, but the problem persisted.

   I raised complaint by submitting the product details, invoice, and a 15-second video of the problem. I was told the issue would be resolved in 3 to 5 business days, but it ended up taking 17 days in total. Over the next 3 days, I received calls from 2-3 different agents asking me to resend the same 30-second video, stating the problem in the video and share it via WhatsApp. After that, I was told a technician would contact me and schedule a visit.

   Five days later, I followed up was informed the replacement is pending for approval. However, the approval dragged on for 10 more days. I called every day, and some agents told we will highlight the issue and some told it would take time. On the 12th day, I became more assertive and the agent told me the service person for my product SUBHAJIT, would contact me within 10 minutes. However, no one reached out, but to my surprise, the replacement was approved shortly after

   The replacement unit was shipped on 13th day, and my old pressure washer was picked up 15 days after I initially raised the complaint. Recieved the replacement product after 17 days and it appears to be brand new product.

   Product has good water pressure and works well, but if it sucks in air—which happens more when the inlet pipe is dipped in bucket instead of connecting to tap —it causes loud noise and vibrates, continuously runs even without pressing the gun. To fix this, need to take out the outlet pipe and run the machine with only inlet to clear the airlock—such a pain! There should be a simpler way to get rid of the air and turn off automatically if the air is intaken instead of running continuously and making huge noise and vibration.

   But I’m concerned about its durability and long-term reliability given the sudden failure with just 12-15 uses. I’m also not confident about how long the replacement will last.

   The warranty and approval process is tedious and takes a lot of time requiring multiple calls and resubmissions of the same details and videos. Unless you’re very persistent, the replacement could be delayed for weeks. I’ll update my review if I face any issues with the replacement unit.

   Got the replacement unit delivered in January 2025 and even this Replacement unit stopped working in July 2025 after about 6 months i am facing the same issue again. Just waste of money spending 5k for the machine that works only for 6 months that too with just using it for once or twice in a month

   Why did you pick this product vs others?:
   The product is amazing.. it is easy to assemble and hassle free to detach. I’ve been using this product for almost a year and the joy of cleaning my vehicles is the same. The water pressure is so wonderful and we can control it to our use so easily with the adjustments.
   The best part is that the water consumption has reduced so much after using this product.
   Needless to say. .. the product is a complete value for money!

   Good Pressure Washer – Some Maintenance Tips After 1 Year

   I have been using this Agaro Pressure Washer for 1 year. Initially, it worked perfectly, but after a year, the pressure had dropped. I realised I made a mistake by using 2-wheeler oil in it. For best performance, you should use diesel engine oil 15W40 and change it every 150-200 hours of use, because the oil gets black and loses its effectiveness.

   If you still face low pressure even after changing the oil, check the **pressure knob screw**. Sometimes, this screw becomes loose or faulty. Just remove the black plastic cover and tighten it using a spanner or any suitable tool.

   After doing these simple maintenance steps, my pressure washer is now working very well again. Overall, it’s a good product if you maintain it properly.

   I was initially satisfied with the pressure washer’s performance. However, after just a few uses, it started tripping my circuit breaker every time I turned it on, making it completely unusable. It was quite disappointing.

   Thankfully, the manufacturer honored the warranty and replaced the faulty unit. Since then, the new unit has been working perfectly. I’m now satisfied with both the product and the support provided by the manufacturer.

   The water pressure machine is useful and performs well for cleaning tasks. Using it ideally for washing my truck and bike. Remove stiff resistance and mud.However, I faced issues with the thread connections—from motor to the spray gun they didn’t fit properly. The water foam bottle also worked inconsistently, functioning well at times but failing occasionally. Some improvements in build quality and accessories would enhance overall satisfaction.
