Was shocked at how good it was and blowed the expectations thinking of it being Amazon basics product. Design is good, cushions are soft and the fit is perfect for me over the ears. Connectivity is really good with no disconnection or audio drops. Battery life is also excellent. I use it for gaming for 5-6 hrs a day and mostly get a week of battery life. Has options for turning on or off the RGB and the ring has a rotating RGB pattern which is fixed and has a switch for bluetooth mode or dongle mode. I like the detachable mix because I don’t like the mic sticking out the headphones since I don’t use it at all. Only issue is no adjustability for the length.

Extremely disappointed with this purchase. Ordered Amazon Basics headphones and the USB dongle was missing right out of the box. I paid Cash on Delivery, but Amazon refused to replace or send the missing part, instead demanding I add a bank account (which I do not have). This is unacceptable for a product sold under Amazon’s own brand. Feels like a scam when they take your money but don’t deliver the full product and then give zero help. I will never trust Amazon Basics again and I warn others to avoid them if you don’t want to be cheated

Please don’t not buy this product. Everting about this product is bad, garbage sound quality, uncomfortable for long hours usage, bad service etc. it didn’t even survive 1 full year.

Was fed up with the twisty wired headphone I was using earlier so switched to this one, specially because I didnt want to use bluetooth wireless, although this one is advertised to have it, I am never using it, all blue tooth headphones I have used had one big flaw, when you want to use them to chat, the audio switches to mono from stereo because of limited bluetooth bandwidth, and it sounds like you are hearing from a headphone invented in the 1920’s.
This one though in its wifi 2.4 ghz mode is the hero you want, although I have heard complaints from the poeple on other end of the call of reduced voice quality over the one i was using before, the improvement in sound quality on this one without any gimmicky dolby stuff is awesome. I would recommend it even if you get it for audio alone, I felt the quality was much better than the previous wired boat headphones which had the gimmicky dolby lifetime subscription. If you want gimmicky audio I would suggest you use open source HeSuVi and EqualizerAPO for your software based surround sound needs rather than pay subscriptions for similar stuff, upto your personal preferences though.
Also this one doesn’t have a separate mic other that the attachment as advertised, or maybe the separate one doesn’t work without the attachment affixed. I hope they do add one in the next iteration of this product though.
Comfortable enough for me to wear it throughout the day, and move freely around without pesky wires. For the range cant say much though, as I am never that far from the source when using it, but I have noticed the audio crackling when i was two walls away from source or one wall away and near a metallic or magnetic interference like a fridge. It was fine after i got away from it though.

Headphones are not bad when it come to sound, they do the job. But they are painful to wear, any session above 1 hour causes pain. I have small ears, no idea how guys with bigger ears will be able to tolerate this.
2nd issue is the notification sound’s volume whenever you switch it on or off. It is so loud that you can hear it without even wearing the headphones and sitting like 1 feet away. Imagine having the headphones on your ears and listening to that… painful.

I wish I could’ve found this earlier. Too many wires in a wireless world. My company has blocked Bluetooth and this ia a savior.

Moreover the analog volume control, Bluetooth to dongle swith are super.
And about all its very affordable.
