After looking for a wet and dry vacuum, it was down to prestige,karcher and inalsa. it was a risk going for amazon basics due to lack of reviews, but after using it i am more tha happy i went for it. good thing about the vacuum are 1.) good build quality for the price, you wont see cracked plastic like in many brands like karcher, black & decker etc the plastic for the accessories could have been better but i am not complaining.
2.) suction power is amazing so is the blower thrust. its as good as any big higher priced vacuum you will buy.
3.) sound is loud but not harsh or rough sounding.
4.) lacks speed control but has suction adjuster on the pipe.
5.) has an hepa filter and an reusable dust bag
6.) its pretty light and can be carried easily by anyone
7.) easy to clean, i used it to clean my home after complete home repainting and it did the job without any hickups. it lifts dusts as well as small stones easily
8.) haven’t tested the water suction capacity but it does have a float valve to stop when the bucket is full.
9.)cleand the sofa, curtains, windows, sliding tracks and everything else really well.
its powerful, well built, not very big in size just go for it instead of karcher, b&d inalsa prestige etc

This is my first Vaccum cleaner purchase and I watched a lot of recommendations before taking the decision to buy it and this VC does the job perfectly.
I am attaching pics of a window mesh in my kitchen in which you can clearly see the before and after results. To provide you more clarity that dust contains oil particles too and earlier it was very hard to clear it out and that too with spilling the dust everywhere. Enter Amazon Basic’s VC and all that worries will go off.
Suction power – Good
Suction control – kind of okay but needed some improvement
Noise level – loud (well if you need power you have to have the hard noise)
Budget – Excellent (my comparison was with Agaro make and American micronic make)
My review – Must buy thing without burning a hole in your pocket.

I purchased the Amazon Basics vacuum cleaner in 2022, and after some idle time, I started using it again. It worked fine for a while, but suddenly it began making a loud noise and emitting a strange smell. I consulted a local technician, who advised me to contact the brand. However, when I reached out to Amazon Basics customer care, they flat-out refused to help because the product was out of warranty.
Is this how a brand operates? Is it normal for a company to only care about their product for one year? I spent ₹5000 on this vacuum cleaner, and after just a year, they won’t even bother to listen to my issue. It’s shocking that they simply dismissed my query as soon as they heard it was out of warranty. If this is how Amazon Basics treats their customers, then I’ll think twice before buying anything from them again. Extremely disappointed!

Vey useful product. It’s a work-horse that works without any hiccups for long duration. No overheating. Suction power is very high compared to other usual vacuum cleaners. Sound is a little too much on the higher side. Vacuum tubes are of low quality and it has developed cracks after a year’s use. I haven’t tried the wet vacuum yet. The blower is also very powerful. The dust bag is also of higher capacity, you need to clean once in a month only. Value for money product.

Purchased this is republic day sale at a lowest possible price, even use and through of device is economical at this price.
Selected agaro ace karcher wd3 american micronic 15L and Amazon basics 15L VC. American micronic and Amazon basics 15L Vacuumcleaner are same with different color and brand name. They are like to like in design. Amazon basics is economical and powerfully too, so went with this.
Initially Amazon sent me non working used product, rised replacement and it was replaced in 2 days with new sealed working Machine.
Used it for 20min continuously no heating issue detected, for same use eureka forbes wdx my brother had was heating up.
This machine has powerfully motor and sturdy. Only defect is the extension tubes are delicate, they broke on first use itself.
Other wise machine is good as of now. It would have been good if they have provided upholstery cleaning nozzle.
The issue of delicate tube is manageable for the price and powerfull machine

The Amazon Basics Wet and Dry Vacuum Cleaner with 20 kPa suction power is an excellent product. The suction is incredibly powerful, making it easy to clean up any mess, whether wet or dry. It’s perfect for deep cleaning and handles tough dirt without any issues.
However, the only drawback I found is with the availability of spare parts. If any of the extensions or attachments break, finding replacements can be a bit of a challenge.
