   I’m a first time user for a day. For a colonoscopy test I had to take medical solutions in the night and as result I had watery diarrhea many times. So, I wore it that night and next day.
   It was quite comfortable and easy to wear though I went several times to restroom.
   My first time user at 77 impression is remarkably Good. Hope I don’t need it in 80s.

   I purchased the Solimo Adult Diapers (Pant Style) based on the claim that they offer up to 12 hours of protection. Unfortunately, that’s far from the truth. These diapers start leaking within a few hours and do not provide the level of absorbency they advertise. They are definitely not leak-proof, which completely defeats the purpose of using them for extended wear. Overall, this product did not meet expectations and is not worth your money. I would recommend looking for more reliable alternatives.
