Sound quality is good for music. But bass is too strong, so the speaker is not good for listening to conversations. A bass/treble control would make this an excellent speaker.

I got this for a little under 5K with the discounts and it’s great at this price. The sound is good and would easily be one powerful speaker at this size. The device itself is high quality and great for entertainment. I would suggest buying this. Only reason 1 star is deducted is that the app is kind of buggy when you want to connect a different wifi rather than your usual one but it finds its way.

This review is for Amazon Echo simply Echo. No echo dot, echo blah blah. Though years old now still the best because of it’s sound quality. Too good. Bass is wholesome for it’s size like I have some mid sub woofer. It’s also loud enough. I got it on Amazon deal with 4K discount so much satisfied. As a Smart speaker on budget it’s the best. Though Alexa sometimes irritates saying ‘Sorry I don’t understand’ we need to know that it’s years old and a Voice Assistant is not AI.
