Good product great suction

Bought this vacuum cleaner 2 years ago with good quality and now with the same expectation i have bought this but its very disappointing. Poor build quality and produces more heat and noise. Hose and power cord are too small to move around a normal room

I have been using this over the past 5 months and I am very much satisfied with its performance so far.
Things that I liked about this product can be listed as below –
1) Build quality is very good. It is quite sturdy.
2) The bagless filter component is very nice. The filter module can be easily dismantled and then assembled after a basic clean up.
3) The suction power is very good and it has a suction power control knob. So far I am using it with the power knob set to minimum and I think that works quite good.
4) Different types ( total 5) of suction caps are provided for collecting dust from different locations and materials. Extension pipe is very strong.
5) Retractable power cable and cable length is very good. It can be used across a 12*11 room without shifting to a different power plug.
6) It does not heat up excessively even after keeping it on for 10 minutes.
7) Not very loud. The sound is very harsh as well. Overall within acceptable limit.
Very few challenges that I found with this product-
1) Moving it using the rolling wheels is not smooth. The wheel set up is a bit clumsy.
2) Suction hose connector neck does not rotate , it causes it a bit difficult to collect dust from a plane at a higher niche.
3) The extension hose is a bit heavier causing it hard to collect dust from walls , ceilings and higher niche.
But overall I am very much satisfied !!

Suction power mentioned no where on product spec or packaging. But surprisingly it’s having good suction do most of the cleaning effortlessly.

It’s some what true that suction reduced when dust cylinder is somewhat full. But I resolved issue by emptying dust cylinder and cleaning filters.
It’s somewhat tricky to remove cylinder itself for cleaning do it carefully ow u will break plastic locks.
It’s very similar to midea vaccum cleaner available in uk with 16kpa.
All extension pipes are of steel make is it difficult to work with due to weight.
Btw it don’t have blower function.
The price of product and performance make it best buy vacuum.

Dislikes- It’s annoying to clean the dirt collection bag, need gloves to put fingers inside the collection bag for cleaning. The dust collection pouch should always be easy to clean. This isn’t.
