   The product exceeds my expectation. It is made from a very robust, high quality plastic and I believe it will last years. I saw people complain about the water leakage; there is a Teflon tape inside the package, use it to seal the inlet and outlet. I am using this as a pre-filter for livpure envy+. Since people ask if it will suit their purifier, I want to clarify that all purifiers use 1/4″ pipes as inlet and outlet, so it will suit them all irrespective of their brand, RO or UV or RO +UV purifiers. It removes all impurities more than 5 micron in size.

   The refill candle’s life depends on the raw water you use. My well’s water has 350 tds and is devoid of any visible impurities, so I hope it to last at least 7-8 months. However my neighbor uses municipality water that has high visible impurities and his candle lasts only one month. I have already ordered three extra candles with this pack that cost 60 rupees each and I feel it is worth it. You can install it yourself. You just need a drilling machine. The service guy changes 400 rupees to just change the candle in my area and asks 900 rupees for a new pre-filter.

   Quality is not good. At first the O ring provided along with was leaking, so had to change it at additional cost. After about 1 year the housing completely failed and started to leak again.
   Not value for money product. Instead buy a branded and good quality one.

   The product is good , but no oring is provided even though oring groove is provided . So leakage is taking place due to no oring, lot of water leaking

   The ‘L’ connectors are too close to input and output terminal. Water leaking from there. I tried to tighten the out side connector and it broke. The length of the ‘L’ connector should be longer on the screwing side. Now I can’t use the filter because of it. Hope the seller sends me new ‘L’s as its not available.
