   Good product. Keep below things in mind during installation

   1. Product doesn’t come with a plug, you’ll need to pay for it.
   2. Pipes that connect to the inlet and outlet do not come with the product, the installation engineer will charge you separately for them. They’ll deny using any previous ones which you might already have and insist on using the ones they provide. I had one from my previous geyser, it was rejected and I had to buy two new ones from the engineer who visited.

   Haven’t used the geyser enough for a functionality review, I’ll do so after a week or two.

   I have been using this AOSmith instant geyser since last 3 months and I found it to be of good quality , compact size and also it heats water pretty quickly within 15 mins. I would surely recommend this geyser.

   The product is good the service is worst on amazon it shows 250 rs for installation but they changed 400 for installation and there is no pipe is given we need to buy it separately and the service engineer won’t come on time we need call the AO Smith service centre and only they came and service engineer didn’t carry any extra pipe and he didn’t do proper installation he is in rush he just drilled and hang the device ans we forced to and we bought the pipe then only he fixed it product works fine but the service is worst.

   Why did you pick this product vs others?:
   The product is excellent but installation is very good. 
   The installation person doesn’t have proper knowledge. He left a crack a crack on the outer body of the product and also leakage from the tap.
