Never ever buy this product. Pathetic water heater and more pathetic service from AO Smith.
It’s been more than a week the water heater has not been installed.
Inspite of repeated emails and calls to AO Smith helpline, absolutely no response.
AO Smith Mangalore third party Installation Centre and their Centralized customer support are literally worst, they don’t bother about the customer at all.

I bought a 15 liter RHS geyser.
This is a very good geyser and fit for areas with hard water. The service technician came the next day after the geyser was delivered and installed the new geyser within one hour. No inlet and outlet water pipes are supplied with the geyser.
If you already have a geyser installed, then the technician charges INR 250 for disconnecting the old geyser and dismounting it from its securing hooks. I had the existing water inlet and outlet pipes and hence there was no extra charge. Otherwise, there is an additional approximate charge of INR 350 for the two pipes.
I bought a 15 liter geyser as I am in Chennai and it does not get too cold in winter. The maximum temperature setting is 70 deg C. For places that have a colder winter, such as Delhi, I suggest getting a 25 liter geyser.
I was extremely happy with this purchase and the installation service that was provided by AO Smith in Chennai was superb.

Installed 2 units in my apartment and using in since 3 weeks. So far the Units are working fine. had a good experience with installation also. Installation is free, however the connection pipes are chargable and the price is more, Same can be bought at lesser price in Amazon.
