Product wise no problem. Everything looks good.
But wall mounting method looks very weak.
Service engineer insisted ua to buy a extra MS stand for Rs.500 which is weightless very thin and not even worth for Rs. 150.00.
Installation was very poor.
He mounted slightly cross.
Water got leak on the cross side.
Water pump nose looks high.
Water output quality good.
Machine appearance good but the plastic material looks less quality.
Overall quality and performance is ok with in the 5k budget

Defective product, don’t buy anyone, no customer support, useless product, I installed after half hour stopped working, I try to contact customer service but no one respond, I try to replace but no option for this but here mention for 10 days replacement, actually no replacement, waste my money and time also, please don’t buy this poor brand any RO purifier.

The RO filter is good, it looks nice, functionality wise it’s just like what is been committed by the company, TDS level for my supply was 300 plus, and that has been reduced to less than 100 after the filtering process done by the RO.

To add on RO installation engineer too was very gentle, listened for all queries, and explained very well for everything, he also gave a solution to my water pressure problem in the tap.
