Regret buying this product by seeing the ratings, which are quite deceiving since the seller has no representative in the UAE. The product is shipped from India and there is no installation service from the seller or from Amazon (this information is not clearly visible on Amazon website). Despite multiple attempts with both Amazon customer service and the seller, the product was lying at home for 10 days for installation. Finally, I asked the building plumber who made a mess in our kitchen as there is no instruction manual, and even the sockets are Indian type (C type). I ended up running up and down to the nearby electrical shop twice to get the fitting equipment, pipes and sockets etc. DO NOT BUY IN THE UAE!

[...]Worst Experience Ever — Leaking Right After Installation! I rarely write reviews, but this product forced me to. I purchased this RO water purifier from Aqua Pure with high hopes — only to be thoroughly disappointed. The installation was done today, and the moment the tank got filled, water started leaking from the tap connection area. Yes, you read that right — within HOURS of installation, it started leaking! Clearly, there is ZERO quality control and no basic checks before sending products to customers. The tap is supposed to be one of the most basic, foolproof parts, and if that itself leaks on day one, imagine the rest! Now I’m stuck calling customer care, waiting for someone to fix something that should’ve worked from the start. This product looks good only in the photos. In reality, it’s cheap plastic, poorly assembled, and unreliable. I REGRET buying this and would never recommend Aqua Pure to anyone. If you value your money, peace of mind, and your kitchen floor — STAY AWAY.
