I received the chair within 3 days and the assembly was simple with the given instructions. The chair is comfortable with good back and lumbar support. The design looks modern and stylish, and the adjustable features (headrest, armrest, tilt) are useful. I like this colour and wheels are so smooth.
Build quality is decent for this price, though the recline lock and headrest could be better. Overall, it’s a value-for-money product and a good choice for home/office use.

After that i bought da urban chair which is almost the same as this one. Just buy whichever u get the cheapest.
Chair is good fir people who want a chair for moderate usage like for 4-5 hours per day. More than that it might be uncomfortable as its lumbar and neck support is a joke and armrest is plastic so hurts your elbow.
The main feature of this chair is looks and height adjustment and u can buy if u get it for 5-5.5k not more
Oh and astride customer care is a bit slow and lazy so i just returned my product

i used it for over a week now and I’m not happy with it , as I’m facing back issues and leg pain too after sitting on it.
Only on the days, I’m sitting on it for longer hours, I’m facing issues with backpain and leg pain, ehich i think is due to irregular hip placement or leg angle in it.
Lumbar support is the worst. IT’S unable to hold your back support.
Wheel rollers movement is nice and smooth.
I also have issue with the height of this chair.
i don’t think this chair is for people above 5’10”
