[...]It takes only 1 minute to make crispy bread toast. We need to set it at 1.5, at 3 browning level bread is burnt.

Got a damaged product. Put it up for replacement.
Amazon says “replacement done” but I haven’t received the product at all! Complete stupidity.
And now the only option is to wait for 15 days for someone to pick up the product.
The heating is bad. The bread input section was tilted with even the insides not heating properly. It didn’t lock at the bottom either so the heating would continue but the bread would be out
