milk tends to stick to the inner surface of the pan and gets burnt while boiling
the spout is not well designed – it spills out when you pour tea or milk into a cup
both these are a deal breaker.
Had to buy the Hawkins sandwich bottom pan, which performs better – Spout works, easy to clean as nothing sticks, but lacks the volume scale

Excellent quality. Very useful for small quantity cooking. Easy to clean. I was initially sceptical before buying about the handle getting heated while cooking. But the handle doesn’t get unbearably hot. It can be held on to for picking up the utensil while cooking. I did not need to cover it with cloth or any other material before grabbing it while cooking. I’m satisfied as a user.

I bought this small pan for my son but too my disappointment it’s not good enough. The Haldi color never goes away even after scrubbing. Bergner have a good name but don’t understand how they passed this!!

I love all the cookware from Bergner, it’s durable, lightweight, and the food never sticks or burns. The handle is sturdy and easy to hold.
The only issue I’ve faced is while pouring, especially when making tea, it tends to spill as the grip and spout don’t offer full control.
That said, it’s still great value for money overall!
