I primarily bought this to keep it in the car, but this does not not go in any slots, in the cup holder slot or where you keep the bottle in the door nowhere . It is extremely bulky and definitely not user friendly, not expected from a reputed brand like Bergner. You can definitely do weight training with this.

I’m thoroughly impressed with this thermos flask! Unlike others, its plastic coating is durable and doesn’t chip off. Within a week we are facing issues with the bottle, the cap of the bottle gets stuck frequently and it’s very difficult to open it. Very bad closurer snap.
