I primarily bought this to keep it in the car, but this does not not go in any slots, in the cup holder slot or where you keep the bottle in the door nowhere . It is extremely bulky and definitely not user friendly, not expected from a reputed brand like Bergner. You can definitely do weight training with this.

I’m thoroughly impressed with this thermos flask! Unlike others, its plastic coating is durable and doesn’t chip off. It retains heat exceptionally well, on par with top brands, and the 500ml size is ideal – compact, portable, and just right. I’m so satisfied that I hope they continue producing it for years to come!
