Got it installed yesterday – looks great and works well. Thank you for offering an affordable option. The chimney came with a plastic pipe, but we used our own aluminum one instead. Anyway, most other brands don’t provide a pipe at all, so that was still a plus.

Extremely disappointed with this product and service.
I strongly regret purchasing this item – it’s been a complete waste of money. From day one, the product has not worked properly. During installation, there was an abnormal noise, which was ignored. Later, the internal blower broke down, and now there’s no suction at all. The unit has completely stopped functioning.
Despite raising multiple complaints over the past five months—almost weekly—there has been no proper resolution. Every time we log a complaint, it gets closed without any technician visit. The customer service is extremely poor and unresponsive. No one seems to take responsibility, and we are left with a non-functional product and no support.
The overall build quality is very poor, cheap materials have been used, and the after-sales service is the worst I’ve experienced. This has been an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience. I would not recommend this product to anyone.
