Awesome product. Just one small issue. It freezes even when in Cooler Mode. (I know no one buys this as a coolor though)

The peoduct is not in a good condition.
It has major two problems from the date of delivery.
1) front side wall getting too much heat when the plug is on.
2) blue led light is not on. Its comoletely off.
These two points means that the product is not good condition.
I want to replace it with a good one.
