These earbuds are perfect if you want something comfortable that doesn’t go inside your ears. I love that I can still hear what’s happening around me, which is great when I’m out jogging or biking. The fit is secure, so they don’t fall out, even when moving around a lot. They’re also sweat-resistant, so they hold up well during workouts.
The sound quality is surprisingly good, with a nice bass kick, and calls are clear, even when I’m in a noisy place. The battery life is amazing—I’ve gone days without needing to charge them, and even if the battery’s low, a quick 10-minute charge gives you hours of playtime. The Bluetooth connects quickly and stays connected without any fuss, so it’s been really convenient.
There’s also this gaming mode that reduces the lag, which is cool for watching videos or gaming without that annoying delay. Overall, they’re a great option if you want comfy, high-quality earbuds that keep you aware of your surroundings, with lots of battery life to last through long days. For the price, I’d definitely recommend them!

The product received was faulty as the earbuds were not getting switched on despite charging it fully. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY POOR AND DEPLORABLE QUALITY CONTROL IN THE COMPANY. The amazon site had allowed 10 days service center replacement by the company and were unable to get a quick replacement. BOAT customer care access was very difficult resulting in poor interaction and complaint raising. Their replacement process is cumbersome and have intimated replacement after 14 days…thus inconveniencing the customer who now cant buy it elsewhere whereas he needed the product immediately. VERY VERY POOR SERVICE BY BOAT.
[...]They should have instead refunded the money or sent a gift card number(for the same product) so that the customer could have bought the product from their local store thus ensuring the customer buys only the same product. This way the company would have ensured ONLY their product is bought and customer would also be happy for quick availability of product which he wanted..
As regards Amazon platform..THEY SHOULD DESIST HOSTING SUCH COMPANIES WHICH HAVE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE RESOLUTION ABILITIES.

Likes:
1.Very comfortable to wear all day long.
2. Light weight. Feel nahi hota kaan pr laga hua hai.
3. Keeps one fully aware of surroundings. Logon se aaram se baat kr sakte ho.
4. Decent battery backup. Lasts for around 12 hours. Can be used on one ear at a time. So usable time can be extended upto 50 hours with charging.
5. Sound quality is good. Though don’t expect exceptional bass and treble (obviously) as it doesn’t go inside ear canal and hence no chances of ear infection and irritation.
6. Great for working people.
Dislikes:
1. Uncomfortable to wear inside helmet
2. Cannot be used while riding 2 wheelers due to wind noise.
3. Touch functions not good. I prefer buttons.
4. Outside noise is a very big problem as it’s based on open air conduction. So no question of any kind of noise cancellation.
5. Mic reception is weak for noisy places.
