This is extremely disappointing. I had earlier purchased the boAt Rockerz 550 directly from the official boAt website, and it had a major issue — the right earcup was louder than the left. I thought maybe it was just a one-time defect.
Now, after buying the boAt Rockerz 460 from Amazon, I’m shocked to face the exact same problem again. The sound is clearly imbalanced, with the right side overpowering the left, making it very uncomfortable to listen to music or watch videos.
I double-checked everything — audio balance settings, tried the headphones on multiple devices, but the issue remains. That confirms it’s not a phone or software issue — it’s a hardware defect.
It feels like boAt has some serious quality control issues across its headphone models. This is the second time I’ve wasted my money on a defective product, and I don’t think customers should have to go through this again and again.
I’ve requested a replacement, but if the next unit has the same problem, I’ll stop buying from boAt altogether. I hope the company takes this seriously and fixes these issues in future batches.
Not recommended unless this defect is resolved.

Its amazing the sound is comfortable to ears no mattar at what volume you are listening its pleasureful and the sound quality is the best only one thing to improve is build quality but in my opinion its still worth it under this price

Cons:
Mic quality – very bad you can go with ONEPLUS NORD BUDS 2R for better mic quality for calls and online discord sessions
Device getting disconnected by itself frequently
I’d like to go with oneplus nord buds 2r for this price range i brought it for 2k that time i’ve brought oneplus too for using them both for 1month i can tell you this headset is not for mic only for compfort music listening and oneplus had a ear pain issue here you dont see it boat is a comfort wear

A good headphone with appreciable sound quality for the price. But when paired with phones, Moto Edge 50 and 60 as well, either the speakers or the microphone funtions. Settings were kept to ‘headphones’ with funtions accept all types of audio in phone settings. Can somebody give an advice? Phone was purchased one month back and the problem existed from the beginning onwards
