This is our second Bosch/Siemens purchase. Our first machine lasted without any major issues for 10 years. Hence, we decided to go for a Bosch again – though other choices were available. I did not go for the other machines, as I was not sure about the longevity and service.
[...]However, the initial cost of the machine and spare parts costs are on the higher side. The machine I got was made in Turkey. I suggest Bosch to make in India to reduce the costs.

मैने एमेझान से 65500 का डिशवाशर ऑर्डर किया था. मगर मुझे गलत डिशवाशर मिलने से मैने दुसरे दिन वापस करने कि रिक्वेस्ट दी थी. ओनर ने भी मान्य किया की ऊन्होने गलत डिशवाशर भेजा है. पंधरा दिन तक ऊन्होने दुसरा डिशवाशर भेज रहे है बोले. बाद मे अभी बिस दिन से वाट्अप पे नही आ रहे और मेरा फोन भी ब्लॉक करण्यात दिया है. फिर मैने अमेझॉन की तरफ से कई कंम्प्लेंन दर्ज की हर बार ऊन्होने मेरे पैसे वापस करने के वादे कीए. अमेझॉन की तरफ से डिशवाशर के कस्टमर केअर का नंतर दिया ओ तीन दिन से बंद आ रहा है. जो ऊन्होने जानबुझके गलत नंबर दिया है… और महीने मे कई मैने ही अमेझॉन पर फोन लगाया… अमेझॉन की तरफ दो दिन से फोन कर रहे है… ऊनके लिंक अप्रूप करके फिर बात करेंगे. एक बार अप्रूव किया दुसरे दिन मैने मना कर दिया… मेरा प्रॉब्लेम सॉल्व्ह नही कर रहे…वो डिशवाशर न देने प्रोसेस पूरी कर रहे है….

Dont order this product. As bosch don’t give you installation services on time. I tried calling to service centre many times but no response. They don’t have enough technicians for installation and whichever person they send they are too rude and asking money even though the installation is free and included in the product charges. I won’t order any electronics from them. Bad experience

Package delivered on time and was open box delivery. Delivery team was very nice and they explain everything and showed the product.
I don’t like installation person, his was trying to sold unwanted items like softener, salt and stand. Soften was not needed as water is good my society and less than 200ppm. Per Bosch use only of water hardness more than 850 ppm.
[...]Even he did not explains about the machine, he jut connect the water supply and ran an ore wash cycle.
