This machine is really good. Even though it does not wash 100% utensils but quality of work it does is satisfactory. No more headache of maid or dependency on them.
[...]It’s been two months I have been using this on daily basis and for me this is maid’s replacement. For a family of 3, I use it once every day. Even though cycle time is quite long, it does not matter as I put it on before going to bed and in the morning full set is ready to be used again. I prefer to use eco mode which takes 4:30 hours but less electricity and less water is consumed. If someone is ready to wash few items herself then this is reliable and best option.

Bigger one is helpfull as we can plan and run only once a day and can accomodate most of the vessels.

Got a faulty Bosch series 6 -15 Place Machine.
The service engineer is unable to provide a solution till date. It has been over 2 months since the date of purchase.
The issue:
The TDS in my area is 300, so the service engineer had set salt setting at h:05
And told me that it should last for 6 months or so as the machine runs twice a day in my house
BUT the salt finished in less than 30 days, i raised a request either bosch, they send the same service engineer who now did a rigorous water testing and changed the setting to h:04
Again after 25 days the 1kg salt finished.
The same technician came again and said he has no clue what to be done now
My case is still open and i’m awaiting a resolution from bosch.
All glassware have become milky/frosty due to fault salt compartment which uses extra salt per wash.
