I received a defective vacuum cleaner that does not work at all. When I contacted Amazon customer service, they simply claimed the seller had sent a good product. I requested them to verify the product or send a technician from the company to inspect it, but they refused and told me to directly contact the manufacturer for repair.
This is really disappointing, especially when buying from a trusted platform like Amazon. If we are getting the same guarantee and poor support, then what’s the point of buying online? Better to buy from local shops where we can check the product in person and get immediate help if something goes wrong.
I strongly advise others not to buy this product from Amazon. There is no responsibility taken if you receive a faulty item.

The seller has 3 variant of Bosch vacuum cleaner with slightly different price range. Select the appropriate one before placing order.
1. Bosch Gas 15 ( without power socket ).
2. Bosch Gas 15 PS ( with power socket ).
3. Bosch Gas 12-25 ( without power socket ).
The 2nd one (Bosch Gas 15 PS which I purchased) only has synchronized power socket and which works very well (used it multiple times with other Bosch Products).
Though it’s a German product manufactured in China, it’s has high suction power and high efficiency, (consumes only 1100 W electricity).
Good for continues usage. Can attach any 35 mm accessories for carpet cleaning and upholstery cleaning, but need to purchase separately from different brand.
Clearing dust bag is a bit messy process.
