Iβve been adding Biotin 120 to my morning routine and I think itβs becoming one of those silent supporters in my day my skin doesnβt feel tight anymore and I can even skip moisturiser some days which is new for me my hair feels better to touch not frizzy like before especially near the roots the supplement doesnβt cause any acidity or bloating which I really appreciate and even the bottle is compact and easy to carry one thing that Iβd love as an improvement is maybe offering different tablet counts in the future like a 60 tablet or 180 tablet option depending on needs it would make repurchasing even more convenient but other than that this product delivers exactly what it promises it makes small positive changes that add up and I feel good about continuing with it daily
