    Not upto the mark , the smart memory was hard as compared to other amar memory foam available in the market. I purchased a back support smart memory foam from saimson. Purchase the product from saimson. Their products way superior than this. But it does its work. Size is perfect for a chair, durable(i travelled multiple times from Delhi to eastern India by train and it was good). The thickness didn’t shrunk a bit. Height/thickness is About the height of your index finger(3.5inches).you get your pain relief using this.
