Calcium and vitamin D are very essential in our daily body functioning, most importantly to our bone health. Calcium plays a pivotal role in protecting bones, joint, teeth while vitamin D is essential to allow absorption of calcium in our body. I have had both deficiency for some time and been taking two different supplements, but since this has both together it has been very convenient. My joint pain has improved and also my mood has been better as vitamin D helps in that too.

It had tribasic calcium phosphate which has less amount of calcium compared to calcium carbonate. Ordered it without reading the ingredients but if you have low calcium i would prefer calcium carbonate over this. None the less it tastes good.

I was having pain on my left hand shoulder and elbow for quite some time now. The pain used come and go, and was mild, but still it’s was quite discomforting. After I started taking these tablets, I’ve not had the pain since. I was sceptical but this worked like magic. My only complaint is that the tablets are a bit too sweet.
