Worst Product playback recording is not available “No Playback videos for the current day” for SD card option, SD is fine and showing in the app, Playback cloud is working fine I have purchased cloud for checking the product, stupid service and nothing is mentioned in manual and no response from Help centre

The service from Amazon and the manufacturer is worst in respect of this item. Amazon has shirked from shouldering responsibility for the product whereas the company Aditya Infotech Limited is saying that I am required to visit their Store in Okhla for return or replacement. The Amazon, despite delivering faulty product, has referred the matter to the company and the company, after making the customer wait for so long each time on telephonic call, has asked me to visit their Store in okhla for the return. It is certainly bad trade practice where the fauty product has been deliverd and the manufacturer forces you to visit Store at some for flung place, as if the customer has made some great blunder by ordering product. A big thumbs down. Better to purchase some local low cost product then buying a highly priced company product. Zero ratings even if they return or replace.

This is my second purchase though I bought the first one from a retail store.
Buying from Amazon.
1. Very quick delivery
2. The product/box did not have the hologram seal which was present in the retail unit which I had bought. The product also was not at its best as I felt it was refurbished, the rotating part was not perfectly aligned and voblled. Note. The unit works perfectly as should.
Product review.

1. No issue in connectivity. While installing and later while remote viewing and using the pan functionality
2. Does not support 5Gz wifi. Make sure you have the std 2.4g available
3. Audio output is unusable if it is in outdoor or prone for outdoor noise as there is no noise cancellation. Just for comparison, my 7 yr old similar camera at same location performs way better.
4. Sd card recording is seemless. But does not highlight the timeline during movement detection. Making it difficult to view the exact timelines during a search.
5. Human detection works fine. But sensitivity area mapping does not work, in case you do not need the entire frame to detect the movement. Eg, I have part of public road which is covered in the frame which I do not wish to send movement notification.
6. App works in multiple devices simultaneously including PC/ Android tv (web based).
7. Night vision works only in pitch dark. Failing to activate IR mode in low light situation with no manual activation option.

> Volume over speaker is okay. Issue is that when using speaker on Camera through mobile, the microphone on Camera turns off so you have to keep turning it on/off for two-way communication which is not ideal.
> Motion Detection could be better if we could have a default view area that it could go back to when no motion is detected over some time. Otherwise depending on placement, it can become set towards a room area with no further motion as it detects flies too. I had to turn off motion detection in one camera to get a stable view.
