I would like to note that the camera’s performance is commendable, although there is room for improvement in terms of resolution. The video quality is lower in resolution compared to a 4MP lens. Nevertheless, it is easy to use and offers excellent value for money. Additionally, the motion detection feature is also noteworthy. Overall, I am appreciative of these aspects. 👍

Very worst product. It doesn’t work even for one day. Amazon is not returning product. He is showing service centre number while he has written return in a week. Today is 4th August but showing return upto 05th august. This is cheating by cp plus and amazon too. Why amazon written return is possible. Amazon management should take action against hi management for false information and cp plus for poor quality.

Recently I bought three CPPLUS Wi Fi PT camera, one was not working, it was defective. Cunningly the CP PLUS does not have return policy for whatever reason. I was told to talk to CP PLUS customer care, upon calling I was asked to visit the CP PLUS technical center with approval from the CP PLUS manager to attend the case – this is ridiculously, why should I get approval, visit the center etc., when I bought none of this was asked. CP PLUS is only discouraging to not buy CP PLUS product.
Can the CP PLUS look into the issue to resolve it? I wish there was negative rating for the product/service.

This camera is excellent & picture quality is superior ezycam application is fine but camera doesn’t catch easily through Wi-Fi network like Airtel so connectivity of network is issue
