   After a month use in November; Noida; 10L Capacity; 2 people use.

   LIKES
   1. Size is compact and comes with metallic outer body
   2. Comes with wall mounting accessories
   3. Performance is Good: For Highest Heat Settings takes 14 mins to Auto Cut.
   4. Stores hot inside for approx 8 hours.
   5. Yes i can recommend this product, works fine and quick.
   6. I have not seen any increase in the electricity consumption. Its a 5 star product works well.

   DISLIKES
   1. Inlet & Outlet pipes Not included
   2. Although the packaging was good, comes foamed inside, and outer cover was good. Yet saw some small scratches and a manufacturing gap that you can see in the pic
   3. About the manufacturing gap : i went to check if this is really manufacturing or happened while transporting. I found this comes in this condition, local shops were having same type of pieces. Same gap in all products.
   4. I ordered a replacement and they shipped it from chennai to noida, then suddenly amazon marked rejected by customer, also claimed they came to location and was rejected by me. Which concerns me so much and is the sad part. Without my consent it went back. Later was investigated and found that while transporting the product got defected and delivery team decided to send it back and put the blame on customer.
   5. So then i reached to local stores and verifies if their product has same defect or its normal. So after which we decided to keep this one.
   6. Technician visit could have been provided like Havels, but they ask you to buy an appointment with Urban Company for 399, after reading comments we decided not to buy this. Rather we booked an appointment with Urban Company separately.
   7. You have to buy an inlet outlet pipes for yourself, although Urban Company also has it when they visit. It should cost you 200-250 for two. Urban Company visit costed 499+taxes 650 something. But was timely fixed and was under my control. I have added the pics pf installation too.

   I purchased 15L, The product is so classy and decent, Less time to heat the water. Didn’t provided connection pipe and Installation also easy with the provided chart. Energy efficient and Easy to use.
