This is a fantastic geyser.

1. It gives you instant hot water in 1 minute in running water and it 5 mins to heat up the fully loaded tank for use.
2. Easy to install if you have already done the water and electric line for the geyser.
3. Compact size.
4. 4 step safety features with auto cut and two indicators for easy understanding of functionality.
Cons –
1. It didn’t come up with inlet outlet pipe. You have to buy it separately.
2. Brand will not give you any installation or demo for the very product.
3. Tank size is very small compared with the body itself.
4. (Don’t know about others but in my experience) This product don’t have any reset switch.

Water heater purchased in Nov 2022. As we were out of town for 4 months, after returning on Sep 2024 the heater is not working properly.

Would like a company mechanic to check.

Crompton has the worst after sales service ever. The product stopped working within the warranty period and I’ve have contacted their customer service team over the phone at least 15 times… called their technician more than 25 times…. but no headway till now. Nobody bothered to contact me leave alone visit to repair the gadget. They keep promising to escalate my complaint but I never get a response once the call is ended. Absolutely poor service… they don’t care about the customer after the product is sold. Will never recommend crompton to anyone and will surely never buy their products ever again.
