This is hands down one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a home appliance brand. I purchased a Crompton water geyser expecting quality and reliability — what I got instead was a leaking geyser and a month-long nightmare trying to get basic support.
The geyser started leaking just a few months after installation. I raised a service request immediately, and since then I’ve had to follow up multiple times. Every time, I’m told someone will come to inspect it — nobody ever shows up. What’s worse, the service tickets are automatically closed after a few days without resolution, without inspection, without even a phone call.
This is not just poor service — it’s negligence. Crompton clearly does not care about customer satisfaction once the product is sold. The leak is now persistent, and poses both a safety risk and property damage risk — and still no one has come from Crompton to even check it.
If you’re thinking of buying a Crompton geyser — don’t. Their after-sales service is a joke, and you’ll be stuck with a faulty product and zero support. There are plenty of other brands that at least pretend to care about their customers. Crompton doesn’t even bother.
Totally disappointed. Would give zero stars if I could.

Power Plug, Pipes for inlet, outlet&Installation not included. Even local companies provide Power Plug for all electronic & electrical Appliances. Not providing is ridiculous.
