Very economically priced compared to similar products in stores. This model is probably not available in offline shops and products with similar features were costlier. So far there have been no problems with performance and the product has a very good warranty. The water is getting hot in less than 10 minutes.

Product look is good and having good features but heating is not too good. Water is not getting heated. A local quality geyser is heating more than it.

The geyser is good but the hanging part at the back is made of plastic, that part should have been made of iron.

Item was not compatible in my washroom yet amazon forced me to keep it. I humbly requested for replacement with smaller capacity but they keep iterating the policy crap again and again. Never ever going to order any household appliance from Amazon again. Beware before ordering.
