   This is the first time I’ve bought a product from Cyntexia. I’m a long-standing Amazon.in customer, having been a long-term amazon.com customer before.

   I have to say, I’m amazed by the dedication of their staff. As soon I WhatsApped them, they helped me setup my machine. Moreover, they also helped me open the cabinet, add a new SSD, advised me on graphics cards I could buy, and help me with my antivirus license purchase.

   With Cyntexia, I feel like I have gained a new friend, someone I can build a long-term relationship with.

   In today’s age of razor-thin margins and cutthroat competition, Cyntexia stands out. I hope more budget buyers consider them as a source for affordable and highly customizable computer products, backed by steadfast customer support.

   Going forward, I would really appreciate more customization options, more OS options – many of us seek to run FreeBSD or Linux on our machines, and if these options can be made available in pre-purchase or post-purchase customization process, that’d greatly help the developer community. This is important considering that Windows, just like MacOS is headed in the direction of lock-in, and customer in turn is the ultimate loser in a OS monopoly.

   Keep going Cyntexia, and do work with amazon.in, encourage them to introduce more customizability in their product configuration options – ecommerce hasn’t innovated in a long time!

   Secondly the customer service is very good. Any issue i faced, i just whatsapp them or call ed them. They resolved my issue with ease.
