Item was very good & comfortable and after few days it feels like defective the back rest and Hydraulic, i have contacted the Da Urban customer support they have reviewed the issue and Sent me new parts and installed with their technician with in a Week only, Excellent service by them Worth buying it, No doubt you can buy it with out thinking👌👌👌👌TRUSTED COMPANY.

I purchased the Da URBAN® Prisma High Back Revolving Mesh Office Executive Ergonomic Chair, drawn by its adjustable lumbar support and breathable mesh design, which initially provided great comfort during long hours of use. However, after 1.5 years, the back support mechanism broke. While the chair offers various adjustments for height and tilt, the durability of the back support was disappointing. I did receive a replacement, but it required an additional fee. Overall, the chair is comfortable and functional, but the longevity of the back support could be improved.

So I got this chair at a very good price around 2.1k rupees so it was already a steal deal for me but when it arrived it properly packed and the parts of the chair were properly covered then the assembly part was also easy.
[...]The quality of mesh use is good but the quality of seat is very amazing and comfortable the back support is also good as well as the neck support overall the chair is sturdy and solid. The height adjustment and tilt works very well apperance wise it’s a proper office chair colour is good and also service of the company is appreciated because one part was missing from my box so I called them and told about it they sent a spare part of it to me so pretty good service

The chair is comfortable. One of the best chair you will find for the money. Very easy to assemble. Back support is solid. Only adjustable lumbar support would have been added bonus which might be in higher models
