The media could not be loaded.
Definitely avoid getting any laptops on Amazon. The laptop stopped working from day3. And gave problems even before. Amazon will not give a replacement even though it is within the replacement window. The technician came on the 3rd day to instal, a couple of days to figure out the problem is not easily solved. When I came for replacement, they said why I waited so long. Its working now, but still glitchy.
