I recently purchased your 18-inch ring light from CLICKTECH RETAIL PRIVATE LIMITED, it got delivered yesterday,but the tripod stand is not functioning properly. It feels unstable and does not open fully or freely. Due to this issue, I’m unable to use the product effectively. Contacted amazon Customer Service Couple of times , they are asking me to contact service center & system down from their end coming up with excuses. Thought I submitted a Request on Service center’s website on the day it got delivered, by now no email / Call response from their end. Both Amazon & CLICKTECH RETAIL PRIVATE LIMITED Services are ridiculous, not resolving customer issue .I contacted Digitek support and shared a video of the issue along with the invoice. Their response was to ask me to courier the defective product at my own cost, despite it being a manufacturing fault.
When I requested reimbursement of courier charges and asked for assurance about the quality of the replacement, the support team began copy-pasting the same response repeatedly without actually addressing my concerns.
This has caused significant inconvenience and wasted time. As a customer, I should not have to bear return charges or be forced to deal with poor support for a faulty product.
