Why it smells like non veg though? The smell is exactly like non veg dog food. I have switched from non veg to veg. I have tried other veg dog foods, that doesn’t have this foul non veg smell.

I bought it for my pet, a 2 month old mixed GSD and Indie. He loves it. Being pure vegetarian, My family has reservations about any Non vegetarian food, be it dog food. The quality seems to be good. It is affordable and gives value for money. The pup is showing a healthy weight gain and growth according to his vet. So, the product is definitely effective.

Drools Dog Food Review (Vegetarian & Non-Vegetarian Experience)
This is my second time purchasing dog food from Drools. The first time, I bought the non-vegetarian variety, but unfortunately, my dog didn’t like it at all. On top of that, the smell was quite strong and unpleasant, which made my family members uncomfortable too.
However, this time I decided to try the 100% vegetarian dog food from Drools—and I’m glad I did! While there’s still a slight smell, it’s much more tolerable compared to the non-veg version. The best part? My dog actually liked the vegetarian food and enjoys eating it.
So, if you’re considering getting vegetarian dog food, I’d say give Drools Veg a try. It worked well for my pet, and hopefully, your furry friend will like it too. Thank you!
