Gefühlt besitzt mittlerweile jeder in meiner Umgebung – ob Freunde oder Familie – mindestens einen Saugroboter! Ich habe mir lange überlegt, ob ich auch einen brauche und hatte schon ein paar Modelle auf meiner Wunschliste. Da ich jedoch bereits einen normalen Staubsauger habe und nicht „unbedingt“ einen Saugroboter benötige, habe ich den Kauf immer wieder verschoben. Wir haben jetzt einen großes Haus und echt viel Zutun deswegen.
Ich war gezielt auf der Suche nach einem Saugroboter, der besonders leistungsstark ist und eine lange Akkulaufzeit sowie eine Wischfunktion bietet. So bin ich direkt auf den ECOVACS DEEBOT X5 Omni gestoßen, der nicht nur toll aussieht, sondern hat auch eine Automatische Entleerungsstation bitet.
Nun gut, kommen wir zum Wesentlichen – der ECOVACS DEEBOT X5 Omni im Einsatz. Die Lieferung erfolgte schnell, allerdings kam der Roboter ohne zusätzliche Verpackung direkt im Originalkarton an. 🤨

Nach dem Aufbau habe ich den Roboter erstmal an die Ladestation angeschlossen. Er begrüßte mich direkt mit einem englischen „Willkommenssatz“ – eine nette Überraschung, denn der Roboter hat einen Lautsprecher! 😊 Nach dem vollständigen Aufladen habe ich ihn mit der ECOVACS HOME App verbunden, und nach kurzer Einrichtung begann er auch schon zu arbeiten.
Steuerung und Bedienung:
Der Roboter lässt sich über die App oder Amazon Alexa steuern. Die App bietet praktische Funktionen für einfache Steuerung und Statusaktualisierungen auf dem Smartphone. Ein Freund empfahl mir, darauf zu achten, dass der Roboter in geraden Linien fährt statt kreuz und quer – dadurch arbeitet er viel effizienter und reinigt tatsächlich alle Stellen. Dank seiner TrueDetect 3D 3.0 Technologie scannt er die Umgebung in Echtzeit und erkennt Hindernisse präzise, wodurch er problemlos um Möbel, Teppiche und Kabel navigiert.
Reinigungsleistung:
Die 12.800 Pa Saugkraft sind beeindruckend! Der Roboter entfaltet hier eine enorme Power, und dank der 200 mm extra-langen Hauptbürste ist die Reinigungsleistung auf harten Böden und Teppichen sehr effizient. Bei Erkennung eines Teppichs wird das Wischpad automatisch um 15 mm angehoben, um eine Kontamination zu vermeiden – das OZMO Turbo 2.0 Rotationswischsystem sorgt dabei für eine gründliche Nassreinigung. Besonders gefallen hat mir auch die ZeroTangle Technologie: Mit einem speziellen Anti-Haar-Verwicklungs-System bleibt die Bürste weitestgehend frei von Haaren, was die Reinigung und Wartung erheblich erleichtert, da meine Frau langes Haar hat.
Design und Bauhöhe:
Der Saugroboter hat eine Plastikabdeckung auf der Oberseite hinter der die Bedienung steckt. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist die geringe Bauhöhe von 75 mm. Unser Sofa steht auf 90 mm hohen Füßen, und es war bisher ziemlich lästig, darunter zu saugen. Jetzt übernimmt der Roboter diese Aufgabe problemlos!
OMNI-Station und Komfort:
Die mitgelieferte OMNI-Station ist eine echte All-in-One-Lösung und nimmt mir eine Menge Arbeit ab: Der Roboter wird dort automatisch gereinigt, die Mopp-Pads werden mit heißem Wasser bei 70 °C gewaschen und anschließend getrocknet. Auch die Staubbox wird selbstständig entleert und der Wassertank nachgefüllt – so ist der Roboter bei jedem Einsatz wie neu und sofort einsatzbereit.
Kleine Minuspunkte:
Einziger Minuspunkt ist die Lautstärke. Die starke Saugkraft hat eben ihren Preis, und der Roboter ist spürbar lauter als andere Modelle. Für mich ist das aber kein Nachteil, da ich bewusst ein Gerät mit hoher Saugleistung wollte. Ich möchte aber „auf hohem Niveau meckern“, da nur ein Staubbeutel mit dabei ist. Bei dem Preis könnte man mindestens noch 2x dazu legen und eventuell 2x Wischpads. Ob das dem Sternabzug würdig ist, kann ich nicht sagen denn ansonsten bin ich rundum sehr zufrieden.
Fazit:
Meine Frau und ich sind rundum zufrieden mit dem DEEBOT X5 Omni und hoffen, dass er uns lange treu bleibt. 😊 Insgesamt bietet er eine sehr gute Reinigungslösung für große Haushalte, die man beißen Preis eigentlich auch erwartet.
Von uns eine klare Kaufempfehlung – selbst wenn der Preis zu hoch erscheint, lohnt sich, es lohnt sich wirklich.

è davvero un robot eccezionale! fa un lavoro perfetto sia con l’aspirazione che con il lavaggio. La spazzola è una delle cose che mi ha colpito di più perchè arriva bene negli angoli e lungo i bordi, lasciando tutto pulito senza passare due volte.
[...]La potenza di aspirazione è fortissima e raccoglie anche lo sporco più nascosto. I capelli non si incastrano mai, nemmeno quelli lunghi, e questo è un grande vantaggio. Quando passa sui tappeti, alza automaticamente il mocio, così non si bagna nulla e continua a pulire con più forza.
La stazione si occupa di lavare e asciugare il mocio da sola, usa sempre acqua pulita e regola la temperatura in base al tipo di sporco. Una vera innovazione che mi fa risparmiare tempo e fatica.
Anche la navigazione è precisa, il robot riconosce bene gli oggetti e si muove senza problemi, evitando mobili, scarpe, cavi e qualsiasi ostacolo trovi.
Poi tramite l’app posso parlare con il robot o scrivergli comandi anche da fuori casa. Risponde bene e capisce subito cosa deve fare. È semplice da usare e molto intuitiva.
In sintesi, è un robot completo e intelligente che consiglio a chi vuole pavimenti sempre puliti senza fatica!

After good research, we identified this product. We have a pet and we needed a deebot. Advantages-
1) battery life is good. It can vaccum my 1800sqft room with one charge. Mop+vaccum would need 2 pass.
2) suction power is good. It cleans very well.
3) installation/maintenance is simple, i do it myself. Accessories are costly but you can purchase non branded ones on Amazon. Branded accessories would cost you 12k/yr
4) Mopping is good. They don’t have the cleaning solution in india. If the mop pads are not dry, it will give a stinking smell all around. But, this is the case for every mop.
5) ecovacs india seller is very responsive, helpful. They sent a person for demo in 2 days in Hyderabad. WhatsApp, email interactions are very prompt.
6) navigation. It does not get stuck in places. It avoids things/onjects on floor also. It will not suck up your charging cable.
The bad part-
If you obstruct it’s return to omni station, it will just keep on roaming everywhere and not return to omni station. Even if I take it to near omni station, it will just roam random. it is kind of annoying. It works great if it’s return is not interrupted.
Recommendation- highly recommend it to everyone. This is very good and a must have for pet parents.

J’ai acheté ce robot pour remplacer mon ancie aspirateur robot. Cela faisait longtemps que je voulais passer à un modèle avec base de vidange automatique, plus autonome. J’avais aussi très envie de tester le roller intégré, après avoir été bluffé par son efficacité sur un laveur manuel. Avec ses 18 000 Pa d’aspiration, je me suis dit qu’il était temps de franchir le pas.
Et franchement, je suis bluffé. C’est un véritable game changer. Au départ, j’ai voulu le programmer comme mon ancien : heures de passage, serpillère ou non, zones spécifiques… Puis j’ai vite compris que l’intelligence embarquée gérait bien mieux que moi. Il s’occupe de tout : détection du niveau de saleté, zones à fort trafic, ajustement automatique du nettoyage. Il passe pendant que je travaille, s’autonettoie, se recharge tout seul – et même pendant les heures creuses, ce que je trouve malin pour économiser.
La cartographie a été ultra rapide et surtout d’une précision déconcertante. Lors de ses passages, il détecte tapis, obstacles, rebords… mais aussi les types de sols : par exemple, dans mon salon en parquet, il adapte le nettoyage pour être plus doux, sans détremper le bois. Une vraie plus-value pour préserver les surfaces délicates.
Mais ce qui m’a le plus impressionné, c’est l’évitement des obstacles. J’ai plusieurs câbles qui traînent (enceintes, chargeurs…), et mon ancien robot se les prenait systématiquement, provoquant parfois des débranchements ou pire, des objets qui tombaient. Celui-ci n’a jamais attrapé un seul câble. C’était un critère déterminant pour moi, et il le gère à la perfection.
Autre détail que j’ai adoré : la brosse latérale et le récupérateur de poussière déployables automatiquement. Résultat : même les plinthes sont parfaitement nettoyées, ce que je n’avais jamais vu avant. Ce genre de petite fonctionnalité bien pensée fait vraiment la différence au quotidien.
Côté efficacité, c’est du lourd : le tapis de l’entrée (toujours sale chez moi) est ressorti plus propre qu’après un passage au Dyson, c’est dire. Avec deux enfants à la maison et des repas qui laissent des miettes partout, il suffit de lancer un scénario “après manger” et il fait tout le boulot. Même des taches très collantes (glace fondue) que mon laveur manuel n’avait pas réussi à enlever ont disparu sans que je m’en rende compte. Je suis rentré, et plus rien !
La base fonctionne super bien : la vidange est rapide, peu bruyante. Le séchage des serpillères est un peu plus long, mais comme il le fait pendant qu’on regarde un film ou la TV, ce n’est pas gênant du tout.
